Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to QuizHack and any related website, extension, dashboard, document, chat, billing, or support workflow that links to these terms. QuizHack is operated by Lumi, a software company based in Poland. By using QuizHack, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service. If you use QuizHack on behalf of an organization or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, extension pairing, and any connected sign-in method.

You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your login, device access, and session state. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account has been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

QuizHack provides coursework support features such as extension-based answer workflows, document context, and AI chat. The service is licensed to you on a limited, revocable, non-exclusive basis for your own permitted use of the product.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, scrape, abuse, or attempt unauthorized access to QuizHack or any part of its infrastructure except where applicable law clearly permits it despite this restriction.

You are responsible for deciding whether your use of QuizHack is allowed under your class rules, syllabus, institution policies, workplace rules, or any other requirements that apply to you. QuizHack does not guarantee that your use is permitted in every academic or professional context.

You should review answers yourself and make sure they fit the question, the course context, and the rules that apply to your work. You remain responsible for your submissions, actions, and outcomes.

You retain ownership of content you submit to QuizHack, including uploaded documents, prompts, chat messages, and question content, subject to the rights needed for us and our service providers to host, process, transmit, store, analyze, and display that content to operate the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload or submit the content you provide. You must not submit material that violates law, institutional rules, privacy obligations, intellectual property rights, or the rights of others.

QuizHack outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or not appropriate for your context. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them.

Some QuizHack features require a paid subscription. By purchasing access, you authorize the applicable charges and any recurring subscription billing associated with your plan until you cancel.

Pricing, plan structure, included features, billing cadence, and availability may change over time. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Stripe currently processes billing for paid plans. Your use of billing features is also subject to Stripe's terms and privacy practices where they apply to payment processing.

You may cancel a subscription so it does not renew for the next billing cycle. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid term unless a different rule is shown at checkout or required by law.

QuizHack may offer refunds in appropriate cases, including where required by law, in the event of duplicate charges, or where we determine a refund is warranted after review. A cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund, and refund decisions may depend on timing, account history, product usage, and payment-provider constraints.

If a refund is approved, we will generally attempt to return the funds to the original payment method when possible. We may also decline, reverse, or recover access where a payment is reversed, refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent.

You may not use QuizHack for illegal activity, fraud, security testing without authorization, infringement, harassment, unauthorized automation, account sharing that violates plan rules, or any conduct that harms the service or other users.

You may not upload malware, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with subscriptions or payment systems, impersonate another person, or use QuizHack in a way that violates applicable academic, institutional, or professional obligations.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of QuizHack at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service, failed to pay required charges, or used the product in a way that is abusive or unlawful.

Termination or suspension does not waive amounts owed, does not guarantee refund eligibility, and does not limit rights or remedies that survive under applicable law.

QuizHack is provided on an as-available and as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect security, error-free performance, or any particular academic, professional, or commercial result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuizHack and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, lost opportunities, or academic consequences arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection or other non-waivable laws apply in the place where you live.

If a court or authority decides that part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may revise the effective date and post the updated version on this page. Continued use of QuizHack after changes become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
